It depends on the instructions. We identify the client at the outset. The interests of the company and individual shareholders may differ, and we assess whether we can act accordingly.
How are fees agreed?
Fees depend on the volume of documents, the complexity of the matter and the work agreed. Before starting, we agree the fee basis and which subsequent steps are included.
Do we need all the documents before the first meeting?
No. Send the documents you have and a brief description of the issue. We will identify any missing documents and explain their relevance during the initial review.
Can we work with you from outside České Budějovice?
Depending on the matter, documents and ongoing consultations can be handled remotely. If attendance in person or a particular form of signature is required, we will agree the next steps.
