In real estate, the terms of acquisition and clean title are decisive. We check every step against the Land Registry and the financing bank.

For developers we cover the full cycle: land acquisition, due diligence, easements and utilities, through to building approval and the handover of units. We negotiate with the authorities in zoning and construction proceedings and coordinate bank financing.

For transactions we set up secure escrow, financing and a registration schedule at the Land Registry. We stabilise the running of the building and the unit-owners' association with bylaws, house rules and dispute resolution, so that administration works even when owners change.
