Statement by the partner of our law firm David Řezníček for the server Česká Justice in the “war of the courts” case: We won at the High Court in Prague. The arbitral tribunal of the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic acted contrary to good manners and committed unfair competition. In this vein, PRIAC has already won one court case, last year at the Municipal Court in Prague. “It would be sad if an institution that is supposed to find justice itself acted unlawfully,” says Reznicek, looking at another successful campaign.
