JUDr. David Řezníček, LL.M., Ph.D. Elected Vice-President of the International Arbitration Court in Prague (PRIAC)

Prague, Feb 4, 2026 We are pleased to announce that JUDr. David Řezníček, LL.M., Ph.D., attorney, arbitrator and managing partner of our law firm, was elected Vice-Chairman of the Bureau of the International Arbitration Court in Prague at the Czech Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno (PRIAC).

PRIAC is a permanent arbitration court established on the basis of Act No. 229/1992 Coll., on commodity exchanges, which provides quick, efficient and professional resolution of commercial disputes with international reach. The court is headed by a seven-member bureau made up of recognized arbitration experts.

David Řezníček has been an arbitrator and member of the Bureau at PRIAC for a long time. In his new role, he will participate in the further development of arbitration in the Czech Republic and in strengthening PRIAC's position as an internationally respected arbitration institution.

About the PRIAC Arbitration Court

PRIAC has been cooperating with key industrial unions in the Czech Republic for a long time.
