She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in 2016 with the topic of her thesis: Cumulative voting in commercial companies.

Professional activities

She passed the bar examination in 2019 and has been working permanently with the law firm since then.

The law firm focuses mainly on civil and commercial law, representing participants in court proceedings and working closely with other professional groups, in particular notaries and experts.

In South Bohemia it represents important business clients from the automotive industry, transport and IT technologies. It has successfully completed several merger projects to the satisfaction of its clients, including a major transfer of IT company.
