Do you know what information your website must contain by law? And are you sure your terms and conditions genuinely reflect the current legislation?

Running an e-shop entails a number of requirements arising in particular from the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. In this webinar we walk clearly through the legal framework of online sales and go step by step through the requirements for terms and conditions and the statutory information duties towards consumers. We also focus on how to set internal processes up correctly, and we do not leave out the rules on cookies and their configuration in line with current regulation.

The aim of the webinar is to give a clear overview of what every e-shop should meet in order to minimise legal risk and avoid penalties from the supervisory authorities.
