JUDr. David Řezníček, LL.M., Ph.D. Elected Vice-Chairman of the International Arbitration Court in Prague (PRIAC)

Prague, 4 February 2026 — We are pleased and proud to announce that JUDr. David Řezníček, LL.M., Ph.D., attorney, arbitrator and managing partner of our law firm, has been elected Vice-Chairman of the Presidium of the International Arbitration Court in Prague at the Czech-Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno (PRIAC).

PRIAC is a permanent arbitration court established under Act No. 229/1992 Coll., on Commodity Exchanges, providing fast, efficient and expert resolution of commercial disputes with an international dimension. The court is led by a seven-member presidium composed of recognised arbitration experts.

David Řezníček has served at PRIAC as an arbitrator and member of the presidium for many years. In his new role, he will contribute to the further development of arbitration in the Czech Republic and to strengthening PRIAC's position as an internationally respected arbitration institution.

About the PRIAC arbitration court
