JUDr. David Řezníček, LL.M., Ph.D. Elected Vice-Chairman of the International Arbitration Court in Prague (PRIAC)

Prague, February 4, 2026 – We are pleased to announce that JUDr. David Řezníček, LL.M., Ph.D., a lawyer, arbitrator, and managing partner of our law firm, has been elected Vice-Chairman of the Presidium of the International Arbitration Court in Prague at the Czech-Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno (PRIAC).

PRIAC is a permanent arbitration court established under Act No. 229/1992 Coll., on Commodity Exchanges, which provides fast, efficient, and expert resolution of commercial disputes with an international dimension. The court is led by a seven-member presidium composed of recognized experts in arbitration proceedings.

David Řezníček has long served at PRIAC as an arbitrator and a member of the presidium. In his new role, he will contribute to the further development of arbitration in the Czech Republic and strengthen PRIAC's position as an internationally respected arbitration institution.

About the PRIAC Arbitration Court
