Mgr. Alena Hejná graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. In 2025, she passed the bar exams.

Professional activities

He has been working in the law firm with a break since 2014.

As part of his general legal practice, he focuses mainly on family law, which includes a comprehensive legal agenda ranging from adjustment of relations with minor children to property settlement. In addition, he also deals with other legal fields in the field of private and public law, including law of succession or obligation.

In addition to representing clients in litigation before the General Courts, he also boasts achievements before the Constitutional or Supreme Court. As part of her expertise, she has repeatedly lectured at the Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice and is co-author of several scientific articles published on epravo.cz.
