He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1975.

Professional activities

After passing the judicial examinations, he worked at the prosecutor's office and then the prosecutor's office of the Czech Republic continuously until 2018. For more than 20 years he managed the District Prosecutor's Office in České Budějovice in the capacity of district prosecutor.

Subsequently, in the period from 2017 to 2018, as a prosecutor of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in České Budějovice, he supervised criminal cases investigated by the police body General Inspectorate of the Security Forces.

He also taught at the University of South Bohemia, where he lectured on the basics of criminal responsibility according to the criminal law of the Czech Republic. His current specialization in the field of advocacy is criminal law and effective advocacy of law firm clients using his rich lifelong professional experience in this field.
