JUDr. David Reznicek, LL.M., Ph.D.

Managing Partner, Advocate and Arbitrator

Managing attorney and partner of the law firm Reznicek & Co. s.r.o., where he has worked since 1997. In her practice, she has long connected advocacy with institutional arbitration, with a strong focus on dispute resolution and issues of international commercial arbitration.

Éducation

He started his career after graduating from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 2000 and has been working as a lawyer since 2005.

He supplemented his education by studying at the London International Graduate School, where he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.

Aktiviteter

En el campo de arbitrage, es entre os especialistas recognizados. He is an arbitrator and member of the Bureau of the International Arbitration Court PRIAC and also an active arbitrator in several other permanent arbitration courts — the Arbitration Court of the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic, the Arbitration Court of the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the International Arbitration Court KIA — Kazakhstani International Arbitrage.

In addition to advocacy, he also has experience working in statutory bodies and supervisory boards of major companies.

Pedagogical activity

He worked as an assistant professor with scientific rank at the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences of the University of South Bohemia and as an external lecturer at the Faculty of Management of the VŠE in Prague and the Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia.

Publications and Conferences

He is the author or co-author of a number of professional articles published in the Bulletin of Advocacy, the journal Recodification & Practice (Wolters Kluwer) and on the portal epravo.cz., He actively participates in important scientific conferences.
