She has worked at the firm since 2017. During a study stay at the Faculty of Law of Karl-Franzens-Universität in Graz, Austria, in 2019, she gained extensive experience of an international environment, which broadens her legal practice. In 2023 she obtained the JUDr. degree at the Faculty of Law of Charles University.

Professional activities

She specialises mainly in GDPR and healthcare law, where she represents major healthcare providers in disputes with health insurance companies and focuses on patients' rights.

Her practice also covers debt recovery, insolvency proceedings and commercial law, where she represents major companies in the Czech Republic and acts for clients before public authorities, particularly in court proceedings.

‍

Her work on projects for leading foreign banks and her representation of major Czech and international clients demonstrate her ability to work effectively in an international legal environment.

In criminal proceedings she represents injured parties, defending their rights and claims for compensation for damage and non-pecuniary harm.

‍

She acts as an arbitrator at the PRIAC arbitration court.
